Janitorial Services for Government Facilities located in Klamath Falls, OR

The US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for government facilities located in Klamath Falls, OR. The services include general area cleaning, quarterly tasks, and semi-annual tasks. The contractor will be responsible for determining the appropriate staffing levels and providing all necessary equipment and supplies. The facility has a total area of 2,418 square feet, with 2,312 square feet of carpet and 106 square feet of vinyl/tile. The contractor will be required to clean the facility two times per week, with additional tasks performed quarterly and semi-annually. • The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment and supplies. • The contractor will be required to clean the facility during normal business hours, between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM, Monday through Friday. • The contractor will not be required to provide after-hours cleaning services. • The contractor will be responsible for determining the appropriate staffing levels to meet the standards specified in the Performance Work Statement and Performance Requirements Summary.
