Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source contract to Rees Scientific for annual validation of an environmental monitoring system. The contract includes a comprehensive service package with full documentation, system testing, calibration, and technical support. The contractor will be required to participate in the Occupational Health and Safety Program for Animal Studies and will have to provide written documentation of sensor calibration and PM documentation upon completion of the job.
Key tasks and deliverables include:
• Providing a validation kit for new and existing systems
• Performing annual preventative maintenance and calibration of sensors
• Updating software on existing and new systems as required
• Providing written documentation of sensor calibration and PM documentation
• Participating in the Occupational Health and Safety Program for Animal Studies
