Community Development Engineering Services

The City of Washougal is seeking a consulting firm to provide development engineering services for the Community Development Department. The services include review and comment on development applications, representation at meetings and hearings, and compliance with the Washougal Engineering Standards. The contract is for 2026 with the possibility of two subsequent years for a maximum of three years. The firm will be evaluated based on their understanding of the project, experience and qualifications, experience and qualifications of key staff, past performance and references, and the quality, organization, and completeness of their submittal. • Review and comment on development applications for compliance with the Washougal Engineering Standards • Representation at meetings and hearings • Compliance with the Washougal Engineering Standards • Experience providing development engineering review services for cities or comparable jurisdictions • Demonstrated history of successful performance on similar on-call or multi-year service contracts • Firmwide expertise in land use, engineering standards, civil plan review, and municipal development review
