City of Cleveland is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive cleaning and janitorial services for a 15,000 sq ft facility located at 1735 Lakeside Ave. The contract runs from July 1 2026 through December 30 2028 and includes routine weekly cleaning, deeper monthly cleaning, as‑needed warehouse/garage work, and regular replacement of entrance mats and shop towels. The vendor must supply all cleaning agents and equipment, staff the work within the defined time frames, and meet liability insurance and disclosure requirements. Bids must be submitted by June 29 2026, either electronically or by sealed envelope.
• Weekly cleaning tasks: trash removal, vacuuming, mopping, restroom disinfection, and bi‑weekly mat replacement.
• Monthly cleaning tasks: glass door cleaning, window washing, floor buffing, cafeteria and restroom detailing.
• Additional services: hourly‑rate work for warehouse/garage cleaning and per‑mat/towel pricing.
• Mandatory disclosures: Northern Ireland Fair Employment Practices, Wage Theft & Payroll Fraud, and liability insurance proof.
