Description
The Metropolitan Council is seeking qualified vendors to provide Fluid Analysis Services. This contract will cover laboratory and/or field analysis of water, chemical, and environmental samples needed for the Council’s various projects. Bidders must be capable of delivering accurate, timely test results, comply with state/federal de‑barment requirements, and adhere to the agency’s procurement policies.
• Scope includes all laboratory testing related to fluid quality, chemical composition, and environmental compliance.
• Vendors must verify that any subcontractors are not de‑barred or suspended at the state or federal level.
