RECYCLING CENTER FEASIBILITY STUDY

The City of Smyrna is seeking a qualified vendor to provide an updated Feasibility Study for the current Recycling Center. The study aims to review and improve waste diversion rates, reduce landfill dependency, and create sustainable economic opportunities through recycling. The budget for the project is not to exceed $25,000. The vendor will be required to assess the current recycling infrastructure, conduct community and stakeholder assessments, evaluate the feasibility of satellite collection sites, and provide actionable recommendations. • The vendor should have experience in Recycling Center Feasibility studies. • The vendor should be able to assess the current recycling infrastructure and participation data. • The vendor should be able to conduct community and stakeholder assessments to understand recycling habits and identify service gaps. • The vendor should be able to evaluate the feasibility of satellite collection sites and provide recommendations for expansion. • The vendor should be able to provide a comprehensive report with actionable recommendations.
