Stormwater Facility & Native Landscape

The City of Wentzville is seeking proposals for grounds maintenance for native landscaping. The contract will include maintenance at 16 stormwater facilities and native landscaping areas owned by the City. The term of the contract will be from the date of award through February 28, 2027, with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods. The City is looking for a firm with experience in native plant management and the ability to demonstrate knowledge in the field. The firm will be required to provide maintenance services, including mowing, trimming, pruning, and litter control, as well as provide a supervisor to oversee the work.
