Janitorial Services 405 U Street and 401 Lesher Drive, Merced

The Housing Authority of the County of Merced is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for its administration office complex and the John O’Banion Community Learning Center. The services include weekly, midweek, monthly, and quarterly tasks such as emptying trash receptacles, cleaning interior buildings, restocking paper toiletry products, and dusting light fixture covers. The contractor must provide labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the services in a workmanlike manner and according to general industry accepted practices.
