On-Call Landscaping Services

Ben Franklin Transit is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive landscape maintenance services at designated BFT facilities located in Benton and Franklin Counties. The selected Contractor will be responsible for delivering high-quality and dependable landscaping services which ensure our campuses are clean, safe, and well kept year-round. Services included in this RFP include mowing, fertilizing, line trimming and edging, tree trimming, weed control, sprinkler system maintenance and repair, weekly debris cleanup, snow removal, and additional landscape services as requested. • Mowing, fertilizing, and other landscape maintenance services • Tree trimming and pruning • Weed control and sprinkler system maintenance • Snow removal and de-icer application • Weekly debris cleanup and other services as requested The Contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, personnel, supervision, transportation, equipment, materials, tools, supplies, fuel, and other resources necessary to perform the required services.
