Description
Tallahassee State College is seeking qualified architectural firms to provide ongoing professional architectural and engineering services for minor construction, renovation, remodeling, and related studies across its six campuses. The contract will start with a one‑year term and may be renewed twice, for a maximum of three years. Firms must be licensed architects in Florida, certified businesses, and able to comply with state building codes, accessibility standards, and college planning requirements. Work will be assigned on a rotating basis among the campuses, covering new construction, rehabilitation, planning studies, and capital improvement projects.
