Request for Qualifications: On-Call A&E Prime Consultants

The County of Sacramento Department of General Services is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from architectural, engineering, and other specialty consulting firms to provide on-call services for various projects. The selected firms will be awarded on-call agreements for a term of three years, with the possibility of extension or renewal. The scope of work includes project management, coordination, design, preparing drawings, specifications, calculations, cost estimates, schedules, studies, and reports. The County is looking for firms with experience in public sector projects in the State of California, and with a team that encompasses all the required disciplines. • The County reserves the right to award multiple contracts to responders. • The County will evaluate the SOQs based on the evaluation criteria, which includes location of offices, professional practice years and team composition, qualifications of staff, experience with public sector projects in the State of California, and references. • The County will treat all information submitted in an SOQ as available for public inspection once negotiations with the selected party have been completed. • Responders must submit their SOQs electronically through the OpenGov Procurement portal. • The County will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responders in connection with this solicitation.
