Description
The Department of Maryland State Police is seeking a contractor to provide Infoblox software renewal. The contract is limited to Master Contractors who are awarded a contract under the Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS 2012). The contractor must provide new and unused equipment, and the Master Contractor shall not impose a restocking fee if an item is returned due to damage or incorrect product shipped. The contractor must also provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid.
• The contract is for a small business reserve procurement, and only certified small business vendors are eligible to bid.
• The contractor must be an authorized reseller for the manufacturer.
• The contract has a warranty/maintenance period of 1 year.
• The contractor must provide pricing that is valid for at least 90 days after the due date.
• The contract is for the provision of Infoblox software, and the contractor must provide installation and training services.
• The contract has a scope of work that includes the provision of software, installation, and training services.
