Description
Alabama Department of Public Health is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive janitorial services for its county health department facilities. The work includes daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks across waiting areas, offices, conference rooms, break rooms, training rooms, and restrooms, with strict requirements for documentation, supervision, and rapid defect correction. Subcontracting is expressly prohibited, and the vendor must maintain on‑site supervision, detailed employee logs, and daily cleaning checklists.
• Daily duties: trash removal, vacuuming, dusting, floor care, restroom replenishment, and high‑coefficient disinfectant use.
• Weekly duties: deeper dusting, baseboard cleaning, vending machine wiping, and thorough floor mopping.
• Monthly duties: high‑dusting up to 12 ft and fingerprint removal on switches and doorframes.
