Description
The Thomson-Hood Veterans Center is seeking a contractor to provide laboratory drug and alcohol screens for pre-employment and current employees. The contractor will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a comprehensive network of testing sites, collecting urine samples or breathalyzers, and forwarding them to their laboratory for testing. The contractor will also provide training for designated supervisors and ensure that all testing is conducted in accordance with federal and state laws and regulations.
* The contractor will provide drug testing services for pre-employment, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, and random drug testing of current and potential employees.
* The contractor will provide breathalyzers for post-accident and reasonable suspicion testing.
* The contractor will ensure that all testing sites are in close proximity to the Thomson-Hood Veterans Center.
* The contractor will provide a chain-of-custody system to ensure the integrity of all samples.
* The contractor will distribute test results within a specified timeframe.
