Fielding Agile Supplies, Support and Training Enhancing Readiness (FASSTER) RFI

The Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is conducting a Market Survey to determine the level of interest among small and other-than-small business contractors to participate in a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (MA IDIQ) contract. The contract will provide supplies under the Fielding Agile Supplies, Support and Training Enhancing Readiness (FASSTER) contract in support of ACC-DTA customers. The scope of the FASSTER contract includes providing existing and newly developed hardware using part numbers and/or drawings, such as hardware production, electronic and electrical components, training and test equipment, parachute equipment, installation kits, maintenance kits, mounting equipment, shop equipment, and other related items. Some examples of the types of hardware that could be part of future delivery orders include Abrams Main Battle Tank components, Armored Multi-Purpose Vehicle components, Bradley Fighting Vehicle components, and other vehicle systems and ancillary vehicle support systems. The projected ordering period for this planned contract is expected to be a minimum of five years and no more than ten years.
