Furnishing General Supplies, Construction Materials, and Contract Services for Adams County

The Adams County Board of Supervisors is seeking bids for furnishing general supplies, construction materials, and contract services for a six-month period starting October 1, 2026, and ending March 31, 2027. The bid packages are available at the office of the Adams County Purchase Clerk or by calling 601-445-7941. Bids must be received by 10:30 A.M. on September 1, 2026, at the County Administration Building. The county reserves the right to waive informalities and reject any and all bids. Some of the specific items and services being bid on include: • Laydown Asphalt • Patching • Purchase of Asphalt • Concrete • Culverts All proposals must be submitted on the bid form and in correct measurements to be considered. Bid prices are to be firm and not subject to change during the period specified above.
