District-Wide Creative Services, Custom Apparel Production, Event Planning, and Entertainment

The United Independent School District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a wide range of services in the areas of event planning, custom apparel production, decoration services, entertainment services, and photography services. The district intends to establish a pool of vendors to meet its ongoing needs for these services. Vendors will be selected based on their qualifications, experience, service description, and pricing. The contract will be a performance-based, straight 3-year contract that ends on August 31st, 2029. Some of the key services required include: • Custom apparel production, including design, digitizing, screen printing, embroidery, and production services • Decoration services, including event décor, balloon art, furniture and prop rentals • Entertainment services, including disc jockey services, master of ceremonies services, interactive entertainment performers, and videography services • Photography services, including school photography, portrait sessions, and event coverage
