Description
The USDA is seeking a contractor to provide temporary modular office space and shower units for the Los Prietos Ranger Station. The contract will include two 24x60 office trailers and one 4-stall shower unit. The contractor must meet specific requirements, including providing adequate lighting, heating, and ventilation, as well as ensuring the units are clean and sanitary. The contract will be for a base year with options for up to four additional years.
• The office trailers must have two office spaces, HVAC, interior power outlets, and a restroom facility.
• The shower unit must have four stalls, hot and cold water, and a shower caddy or shelf at each showerhead.
• The contractor must provide pricing for all items in the schedule of items.
• The contractor must have an active entity registration in the System for Award Management.
• The contractor must submit a price proposal, technical specifications, and past performance information.
