Description
The State of North Dakota is seeking bids for the printing of mobility impaired parking placards. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to extend for an additional 12 months and/or renew the contract for a maximum of two additional periods. The successful bidder will be required to provide permanent and temporary parking placards that meet the specifications outlined in the solicitation. The placards must be printed on .023" white polyethylene material, with specific artwork, diecut, and numbering requirements. The bidder must also provide a dedicated service representative to support the contract.
• The contract requires the printing of 80,000 permanent parking placards and 6,000 temporary parking placards, with the option for additional quantities.
• The placards must be delivered to the Motor Vehicle Division in Bismarck, ND, with a requested delivery date to be provided when the order is placed.
• The bidder must include unit prices and total prices in their bid response.
• The State of North Dakota reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and the award will be made to the responsible bidder with the lowest priced bid that is responsive to the specifications and all other requirements stated herein.
