Pest Management Services

The Habersham County School District is seeking quotes for Pest Management Services at various locations. The selected vendor will be required to provide an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) program, which includes monthly inspections and treatments, as well as on-call services for urgent requests. The vendor must have been in business for at least 2 years, have a valid Georgia Department of Agriculture license, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option for annual extensions for up to four additional years. • The IPM program must include different points of IPM, communications, monitoring, evaluations, sanitation awareness, exclusion recommendations, and mechanical and cultural control. • The vendor must provide direct dispatch information, including account contact name, email address, and phone number. • The vendor must provide a comprehensive criminal history background check for all employees working on school property. • The vendor must provide a certificate of insurance with minimum limits of $1,000,000 for bodily injury and $2,000,000 for property damage.
