RFP for Aggregate Materials, Concrete, Asphalt, and Emulsified Asphalt

The City of West Fargo Public Works Department is seeking proposals for the purchase of aggregate materials, concrete, asphalt, and emulsified asphalt. The city is looking for individual pricing for these materials, and proposals will be accepted until January 30, 2026. The city reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any minor technicalities. The successful proposer will be required to provide materials that meet or exceed the city's standard specifications. • The city is seeking proposals for various types of aggregate materials, including Class 5 Gravel, Crushed/Recycled Concrete, FA2 Crushed Granite, and FA2.5 Crushed Granite. • The city is also seeking proposals for asphalt and emulsified asphalt, including NDDOT FAA 43 Hot Mix Asphalt, 3/8” Minus Hot Mix Asphalt, 3/8” Minus Cold Mix Asphalt, CRS-2 Emulsified Asphalt, and CSS-1h Emulsified Asphalt. • The city is seeking proposals for concrete and concrete materials, including 4000 PSI Concrete, 5000 PSI Concrete, and Controlled Density Fill Concrete (CDF). • Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the proposal document and specification, and must include a specification sheet for each product. • The city reserves the right to investigate the qualifications and experience of any proposer, and to reject any proposal that does not meet the city's requirements.
