Description
The City of Swainsboro and the East Georgia Regional Airport Authority are seeking a qualified aviation consulting firm to provide professional on-call planning and environmental services in connection with the Airport Capital Improvement Plan. The selected consultant will enter into a Master Agreement for a five-year period and provide services on an assignment-by-assignment basis. The scope of work includes airport system/master planning, airport noise compatibility planning, environmental assessments, and more. The consultant must have experience with airport projects comparable to the proposed tasks and must be pre-qualified by the Georgia Department of Transportation.
• The consultant will provide services for projects listed in the attached 5-year CIP.
• The consultant must have experience with FAA and State regulations, policies, and procedures.
• The consultant must be able to meet schedules and deadlines.
• The consultant must have a qualified team with experience in airport planning and environmental services.
