Description
The Department of Military Affairs and Veterans Services is seeking bids for overhead crane inspections at various locations in New Hampshire. The contract term will commence upon Governor and Council approval through November 30, 2027. The successful vendor will be required to perform all work and furnish all materials, tools, equipment, and safety devices necessary to perform the requested services. The vendor will also be responsible for meeting all terms and conditions specified in the bid and any resulting contract.
• The contract will be for a period of approximately 2 years.
• The vendor will be required to inspect overhead cranes at various locations in New Hampshire.
• The vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment and personnel to perform the inspections.
• The vendor will be required to submit a bid price that includes all costs associated with the inspections.
• The contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the lowest bid price.
