Description
The City of Cleveland is seeking an authorized Allison Transmission dealer to supply replacement parts and perform repair labor for Allison transmissions used by its Division of Water Pollution Control. The contract will cover parts procurement, labor, warranties, and delivery logistics, with the award based on the lowest responsive bid.
• Supply of authorized Allison Transmission parts with a minimum six‑month replacement warranty.
• Provide full‑service labor (including welding, fasteners, shop supplies) warranted for 12 months (or 6 months from installation).
• Include all freight charges in unit prices; vendor must submit price lists, discounts, labor rates, and delivery lead times.
• Required disclosures: Northern Ireland Fair Employment Practices Disclosure and Wage Theft & Payroll Fraud Disclosure.
• Bid deadline: August 27, 2026 at 3:00 PM; electronic bids allowed for contracts under $50 K.
