Building 67 A/B Renovation Architectural Design Services

The Mt. San Antonio Community College District is seeking architectural design services for the renovation of Building 67 A/B. The project involves a full A/E services for the renovated facility, including design phase, bid, construction, and closeout phases of the facility. The selected Architect/Engineer (A/E) shall provide comprehensive professional design services to renovate and reconfigure Building 67A/B to support School of Continuing Education (SCE) program requirements. The project includes reconfiguration of interior spaces, modernization of building systems, accessibility improvements, technology upgrades, and renewal of building finishes. • The project consists of 29,469 Gross Square Foot (GSF) Educational space, classrooms, laboratories, offices, meeting rooms, storage rooms, and other spaces defined in the Feasibility Study. • Site work, infrastructure, and demolition, including coordination with adjacent facilities, are anticipated. • Implementation of the objectives of the campus-wide projects identified in the Mt. SAC 2035 plan, integration of sustainability, and implementation of the vision, goals, and strategies of the Mt. SAC Climate Action Plan as applicable to this specific Project, and incorporation of wayfinding for the new building.
