Francis Marion University is seeking a vendor to supply Envirox Hyper‑Concentrate 112 cleaning sanitizer and install new Absolute dispensers across campus. The contract is a sealed‑bid, hard‑copy only solicitation with a maximum value of $325,000 for a two‑year period, allowing up to 200 cases of the chemical product and full removal/installation of dispensers. The vendor must provide manufacturer warranties, MSDS compliance, and must not use subcontractors. Preference may be claimed for South Carolina resident vendors and SC/US end‑product status.
• Supply approx. 200 cases (2 gal per case) of Envirox Hyper‑Concentrate 112 over two years, delivered monthly or as requested.
• Remove existing dispensers, install new Absolute dispensers (SKU A‑252‑112) and replace any damaged units at no extra cost.
• Provide all required documentation (warranty, MSDS, certifications) and comply with hazardous‑materials regulations; all deliveries FOB destination, freight prepaid.
