RFP 26-05: Northern Plantation Key Booster Pump Station Upgrade

The Village of Islamorada is seeking a qualified contractor to provide construction services for the conversion of the existing North Plantation Key Wastewater Transfer Station into an in-line wastewater booster station. The project includes demolition, new facility construction, installation of pumps and electrical systems, temporary bypass pumping, sitework, permitting, and full system commissioning. The successful proposer will be required to provide all necessary labor, supervision, tools, materials, and equipment to complete the project. • The project requires a mandatory pre-proposal meeting and site visit. • The proposer must submit a sealed proposal package, including a cost proposal, by the deadline. • The Village reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. • The project is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the RFP document, including insurance and bonding requirements. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
