IFB 26-191-9999: Liquid Oxygen and Storage Tank

The City of Chesapeake’s Public Utilities Department is seeking qualified vendors to establish an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to supply liquid oxygen, a dedicated storage tank, and related hardware for converting liquid oxygen to gaseous oxygen for injection into reverse osmosis (RO) concentrate water. The contract may be awarded multiple times under the same solicitation, allowing the city to procure as needed over the contract period. The scope includes delivery, installation, and any necessary integration with existing water treatment infrastructure. • Provide liquid oxygen on a recurring basis for RO water treatment. • Supply and install a liquid oxygen storage tank and associated conversion hardware. • Ensure compliance with municipal utility standards and safety regulations. • Ability to support multiple awardees; the city may split awards across several vendors.
