Description
The Village of Ashley is seeking bids for the construction of an 8‑inch water main along South Franklin Street, between High Street and Main Street. The scope includes installing the water main, reconnecting services, relocating and replacing fire hydrants, installing valves and fittings, replacing sidewalks and curb ramps, restoring pavement, and completing site restoration. The project must be completed within 90 calendar days after notice to proceed, with a final completion deadline of May 15, 2027. Key points:
