Conflict Public Defense Services

The City of Bremerton is seeking letters of interest from attorneys to provide conflict public defense services. The city is looking for attorneys to represent indigent clients in cases where the primary contracted public defense provider is in conflict or cannot accept the case due to caseload caps. The compensation model being considered is a per case schedule with a minimum compensation amount per case type and an additional hourly compensation component. Attorneys are encouraged to propose their own compensation model.
