Substation Transformer Civil Construction

The City of Roseville Electric Department is seeking bids for civil construction services to support the installation of new substation transformers at Fiddyment Substation and Sierra Vista Substation. The work includes pad foundation construction, containment pit modification, and conduit and grounding grid installation and modification. The project will be a competitive bid process based on the lump sum amount, and qualified contractors that meet the requirements are encouraged to participate.
