Vacuum lid thermocouple feedthroughs

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is seeking vacuum lid thermocouple feedthroughs for the Small Multipurpose Research Facility (SMiRF) at NASA Glenn Research Center (GRC). The feedthroughs must be compatible with the existing circular connectors, vacuum-rated, and have a leak rate of 1x10-8 cc/sec or less. The scope of work includes procuring six vacuum-rated thermocouple feedthroughs with specific requirements. • The feedthroughs must be compatible with the existing circular connectors. • The feedthroughs must be vacuum-rated and have a leak rate of 1x10-8 cc/sec or less. • The feedthroughs must be potted to a 4.5” stainless steel Conflat flange. • The feedthroughs must have 13 pairs of #20 AWG contacts specifically pinned for type E thermocouple alloys. The desired timetable for receiving these parts is a maximum of 12 weeks from the time of purchase order.
