Description
The City of Richland is seeking engineering services for a Community Development Block Grant project, which may include sewer, water, or street and drainage improvements. The selected engineer will be responsible for providing a preliminary engineering report, final design, plans, and specifications, construction supervision, and project closeout. The project is a Section 3 Covered Contract, and Section 3 Business Concerns are encouraged to apply.
• The engineer must produce a preliminary engineering report within 30 days of selection.
• The project may include final design, plans, and specifications, construction supervision, and project closeout.
• The engineer will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining all BABA documentation during construction.
• The contract will be written for a “direct costs plus fixed fee, not to exceed a lump sum.”
