Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to procure and install two new lamp-based projectors at the Orlando Veterans Affairs Medical Center. The selected contractor must have demonstrated experience in audiovisual system installation, integration, and equipment replacement. The scope of work includes removing two obsolete Christie projectors and replacing them with new laser or LED commercial-grade projectors that are fully compatible with the existing Crestron control system. The contractor must complete the installation, integration, testing, and turnover within one week, working after hours from 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Key requirements include:
• Recent and relevant experience in commercial AV integration projects
• Ability to complete the work after normal business hours
• Provision of salient characteristics or a brochure of the proposed projectors
• A clear and feasible project plan
• Completion of a Buy American Certificate
