Description
The County of Riverside Purchasing Department is soliciting quotations from authorized IDenticard partners/resellers for Custom Identification (ID) Cards. The cards must meet specific requirements, including having a 26-bit prox with magnetic strip, 26-bit H10301 composite, and custom gold over silver IDentiguard foil of the County seal on the front. Bidders must completely fill out Exhibit "A" with pricing and provide a formal quote on business letterhead with pricing. The contract will be for one year, with the option to renew for four additional years.
• The County reserves the right to reject any or all offers and to waive any discrepancy or technicality.
• The County recognizes that prices are only one of several criteria to be used in judging an offer.
• The County is not legally bound to accept the lowest offer.
• Quotations will be evaluated based on criteria such as lowest overall purchase price, adherence to specifications, prompt payment discounts, warranties, and delivery costs.
