Description
The Memphis School District is seeking a single vendor to manage Medicaid‑eligible school‑nursing services under its Individualized Education Program (IEP) reimbursement program. The contractor will handle documentation, billing, parental consents, physician orders, and produce a suite of required reports while coordinating with a large network of credentialed therapists and speech‑language pathologists. The district will retain 18 % of all reimbursements as its fee; the contractor will be paid the remaining portion of the reimbursements received.
• Manage Medicaid‑eligible nursing services, including collection of physician orders (per Senate Bill 503) and parental consents via the Parent Connect Portal.
• Perform billing, claim submission, and reimbursement tracking for over 150 credentialed providers (OT, PT, Audiology, SLP).
• Generate five mandatory reports (Parental Consent, Monthly Documentation, Nursing Service Log, Provider Service Log, Unfinished Service Log) on a regular schedule.
• Provide a hard‑copy proposal package (original, 8 copies, USB) to the district’s procurement office; electronic submissions are not accepted.
• Only one contract will be awarded; the district’s audit history is clean and no prior reimbursements have been recouped.
