ALTA VIEW BOILER REPLACEMENT

The Canyons School District is soliciting bids for a new Laars NeoTherm Boiler. The selected supplier will be awarded a contract to provide the boiler as defined in the solicitation. The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Utah. The district reserves the right to reject any or all bids. • The boiler replacement project is expected to require compliance with various laws and regulations, including federal and state laws. • The supplier will be responsible for ensuring that all products and services provided meet the requirements of the contract. • The district will provide written notice of any changes or modifications to the contract. • The supplier will be required to maintain insurance coverage for the duration of the contract. • The contract will include provisions for termination, default, and dispute resolution.
