Surveying Services by Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) Proposed Projects

The City of Laredo is seeking qualified firms to provide professional surveying services by registered professional land surveyors (RPLS) on a rotation basis. The selected firms will be responsible for preparing surveys, design plans, specifications, and estimates for proposed projects. The contract will be for a two-year term with one option for a two-year renewal, beginning October 1, 2026, and ending September 30, 2030. The city reserves the right to waive any informality or reject any or all proposals. • The contract will be awarded based on demonstrated competence, detailed credentials, and a statement of qualifications. • The city encourages local participation and reserves the right to award one or more contracts based on specific tasks. • The contract will be issued upon funding availability. • The city reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received.
