Scaffolding on Bridge Face for Ship's Force Use; rig

The United States Navy is seeking a contractor to provide scaffolding on the bridge face for ship's force use on the USS New Orleans (LPD-18). The contractor must have an active U.S. Navy MSRA/ABR Agreement in the Japan Region. The work is expected to be completed within 100 days, from 22 Oct 2026 to 30 Jan 2027. The contractor will be responsible for providing and maintaining a quality management system, complying with occupational and health standards, and controlling unclassified information. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government, considering price and other factors.
