The City of Wilmington is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive, monthly integrated pest‑management (IPM) services for 39 municipal facilities ranging from fire stations and police headquarters to a 12‑story Skyline Center. The contractor must perform routine inspections, treat pests, respond to emergent service requests within eight hours, and provide unlimited call‑back service within 24 hours. All work must be performed by licensed North Carolina commercial pesticide applicators, with detailed reporting and compliance with OSHA and EPA standards.
