Description
The County is seeking a vendor to supply 20 new ergonomic, heavy‑duty “BodyBilt NEXT24 I3504 XL Wide” chairs (or equivalent) for its 911 control‑room, remove and dispose of 10 existing chairs, and perform delivery, assembly, and setup. The contract requires a 7‑year warranty on chair mechanisms and a 3‑year warranty on upholstery, compliance with E‑Verify, and extensive insurance coverage. All work must be completed by 1 Nov 2026.
• 20 new chairs, black finish, meeting specific ergonomic and durability specs
• Removal and disposal of 10 existing chairs
