Description
The Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services is seeking to purchase IBM AIX v7 licensing software and subscription for a term of 12 months, from 12/01/2025 to 11/30/2026. The scope of work includes the provision of AIX OS updates and support. Only Master Contractors awarded a contract under the Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS 2012) are eligible to submit a bid. The award will be limited to certified small business vendors.
• The contract will be for a fixed price.
• The Master Contractor must be an authorized reseller for the Manufacturer named in the PORFP.
• The Master Contractor must provide the estimated ship date/lead time for each item listed in the PORFP.
• The Master Contractor must ensure that the proposed COTS software is virus-free.
• The contract will include installation and training services, as well as manufacturer's software warranty/maintenance.
• The contract will be awarded based on the low bid, considering price and evaluation factors.
• The contract will comply with the requirements of COMAR 21.05.13.06.
