The Government Publishing Office seeks a qualified vendor to produce a pocket‑folder brochure (cover plus 12‑page interior) for landowners of the Niobrara National Scenic River. The contractor must print the brochure to Quality Level III specifications, provide three levels of proofs, handle packaging and shipping to Valentine, NE, and supply a per‑1,000‑copy rate for any copies beyond the quoted maximum quantity. The fixed‑price ceiling is $9,250 for the maximum quantity the vendor elects to quote, with additional copies charged at the rate the vendor proposes.
• Produce a 6 × 9 in final size pocket‑folder brochure (cover 12.75 × 12 in flat) with heavy‑cover and interior paper as specified.
• Deliver three approved proofs (PDF soft proof, digital color‑content proof, ink‑jet G7‑profiled proof) before printing.
• Package and ship finished brochures to the Niobrara site and QARC samples to the GPO support address by 21 August 2026.
