Description
The City of Charleston is soliciting vendors for the 6 Night Time Pedicab Decals. The solicitation is for pre-qualified vendors, and the distribution of decals will be made based on the bid amount. The City reserves the right to reject all submissions, reissue a subsequent solicitation, terminate, restructure, or amend this procurement process at any time. The final selection and contract negotiation rest solely with the City.
• The project involves providing 6 Night Time Pedicab Decals to the City of Charleston.
• The City has established goals for Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and Women Business Enterprises (WBE) participation.
• Bidders must provide a minimum of four references for similar services provided on a contract basis during the last three years.
• The City reserves the right to inspect the Bidder's physical premises prior to award to satisfy questions regarding the Bidder's capabilities.
• The term of the contract is from the date of award to August 15, 2031, with the option to renew for an additional five-year period.
