St. Louis Data Center Colocation Space for ICN (IFB)

The State of Illinois, Department of Innovation and Technology, is seeking to establish a 10-year contract for colocation services at the St. Louis Data Center. The purpose of this contract is to provide colocation space for the Illinois Century Network (ICN) to better serve K-12 customers, state agencies, and paying customers across Illinois. The contract will include services such as 42RU @ 19" locking cabinet, 120V AC power, and other related services. • The contract is for a period of 10 years. • The services will be provided at the St. Louis Data Center, located at either 900 Walnut Street or 210 North Tucker Street, St. Louis, Missouri. • The contract includes Monthly Recurring Costs (MRC) and Non-Recurring Costs (NRC) for one-time installation or setup fees. • The vendor will be required to provide colocation services, including installation, security, and maintenance. • The contract will be awarded based on the best value to the state, considering factors such as price, technical capabilities, and experience.
