Description
The Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services is seeking to procure a 12-month contract for OpenText License Renewal for Rightfax. The contract will be for the provision of COTS software, installation, and training services. The procurement is limited to SBR Master Contractors who are awarded a contract under the Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS 2012). The contractor must provide the estimated ship date/lead time for each item listed in the PORFP and ensure that the proposed COTS software is virus-free.
• The contract term is 12 months
• The contractor must be an authorized reseller for the Manufacturer named in Section 1
• The contractor must include a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid
• Bids must be received by the due date and time listed in the solicitation
• A "No Bid" form must be completed and submitted by the bid due date and time if the firm elects not to bid
