CSX He Reliquifier System

The Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC is soliciting a quote for a CSX He Reliquifier System. The system should meet the requirements outlined in the Draft Purchase Order/Contract (Enclosure A). The offeror must provide all labor, services, materials, and equipment necessary for the project. The key requirements include providing references for at least 3 successfully manufactured, assembled, tested, and delivered Liquid Helium Liquefier systems, submitting a detailed specification, 2D drawings, and test report, and meeting all the technical requirements and qualifiers. The award will be made to the responsive and responsible offeror who submits the lowest total price. • The system must meet the salient characteristics requirements of the solicitation. • The offeror must provide all descriptive material necessary for the company to determine whether the product meets the requirements. • The offeror must submit a complete quotation, including the signed Quotation Pricing Sheet. • The offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) with their Unique Entity ID number (UEI #). • The offeror must provide a detailed specification, 2D drawings, and test report.
