Description
The Indian Health Service is seeking information from small business vendors to assess their capabilities in providing maintenance and support services for ScriptPro pharmacy automation equipment. The services include maintenance, support, and modernization of existing systems, as well as upgrades to Windows 11-compatible operating systems and supported server infrastructure. The government is looking for vendors who can provide on-site, factory, and/or remote installation and configuration services, ensure compatibility with existing software and workflows, and implement required security controls.

• Provide maintenance and support for all ScriptPro pharmacy automation equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and safety inspections
• Provide required system updates and additional software updates as needed
• Upgrade pharmacy automation systems to Windows 11-compatible operating systems and supported hardware configurations
• Ensure compatibility with existing pharmacy automation software and workflows
• Implement required security controls, including endpoint protection, firewall management, encryption, and access controls
