Sources Sought – Grease Trap and Used Cooking Oil Containment Services

The Department of the Air Force is conducting market research to identify contractors capable of providing comprehensive grease‑trap cleaning and used‑cooking‑oil containment services at Edwards Air Force Base, CA (and the Air Force Research Laboratory). Vendors must submit a capability statement by 26 August 2026. The work includes routine quarterly (and some monthly) cleaning of grease traps, removal of accumulated oil, disposal of waste in compliance with environmental regulations, emergency response within 4 hours, and reporting requirements. The contract will be a non‑personnel services agreement with task‑order flexibility to add or remove facilities. Performance will be evaluated through inspections, service reports, and quarterly progress meetings.
