Description
The USDA is seeking a short-term office rental in Hidalgo County, Edinburg or McAllen, TX, with a minimum of 8000 square feet and a maximum of 10,200 square feet. The office space must meet the minimum requirements identified in the International Building Code for office space occupancies and be ADA compliant. The contractor must provide a secure front desk reception, storage space, a server room, and a conference room. The contract will be for a base year of 12 months with four possible option years.
